FAQ’S

We have a return and exchange policy of 14 days after receiving your item(s). If you notify us that you would like to return the item in this time frame we will gladly exchange your item for a different size if we have it in stock. If not, you have an option of either a JVD Defined online credit or a exchange.

Exchanges or a JVD Defined online credit is only granted after we have received the item(s) back, inspected and cleared it for any damages or wear and tear that is not as a result from JVD Defined’s manufacturing.

The courier costs for return will unfortunately be at your expense. We help you by giving the correct measurements for you to order the size most suitable to you. In the event that the fault lies on JVD Defined’s side, we will gladly carry all expenses.

A Return or exchange can be lodged by emailing exchange@jvd.com within the 14-day period after your parcel has been delivered and signed for by you or the person receiving on your behalf.

How many days from order to delivery 7-14 Days

Delivery will take place during the week between 08:00 – 17:00
No deliveries during public holidays or after hours
Please take note that deliveries to the following destinations may take an additional 3-5 days to deliver:

1. Farms/Plots
2. Mine
3. Powerstation
4. Remote Hospital

Take note: An additional delivery charge of R400 to embassy or chainstore.

SA, free delivery on purchases of 2 items +,  if only one item is purchased charge will be for the customer, flat rate of R115, via the courier guy

Please take note: Delivery fee will be charged on items that is on sale.
